Strategy

Teams often leave conversations feeling aligned, only to discover friction once work begins. How Much We Agree was designed to address this gap by creating a structured environment for openness, reflection, and shared understanding. Through play, conversation becomes a system. Individual perspectives are surfaced first, before being brought into the group, reducing bias and shifting the dynamic away from dominant voices. The result is a more balanced, intentional way of aligning, where agreement is revealed rather than assumed.

Deliverables

The project focused on shaping both the game’s structure and its visual identity into a cohesive, intuitive system. Through iterative play-testing, cooperative mechanics were refined to encourage reflection, reduce pressure, and create space for honest participation. The design balances clarity with approachability, resulting in a simple but effective tool that helps teams communicate more openly and align with intention.
